Our client is a large group of companies in Qatar with diversified business interests. For their group company dealing with leading International names in Automobiles, they seek to hire a dynamic HR professional as:

HR Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, your role will be to revolutionize the department and strengthen it with progressive policies and systems. You will provide Human Resources solutions to the management, work closely with the Divisional Heads on critical issues and be the guiding factor in implementing the ideas. The functional domain will include employee relations, policy formulation, payroll management, recruitment and training, employee retention, performance appraisal and staff productivity.

To qualify for the above, you will be a Masters degree holder with specialization in Human Resources. Aged between 35-45 yrs., your career profile will include 5-10 years relevant experience of which at least 3 years should have been as HR Manager of a progressive organization preferably within the GCC. Excellent communication skills, negotiation and persuasion skills combined with determination and foresight are essential for the job.

This position is based in Qatar.
